Internet Banking (GO SMART) is an electronic digital banking service provided by Modhumoti Bank PLC to allow you to perform transactions, payments etc. over the Internet/App

Who can use Internet Banking?

Customers with a Modhumoti Bank account/Credit Card account can register for and use Internet Banking (GO SMART)

How do I apply for Internet Banking (GO SMART)?

For Internet Banking (GO SMART), you can register by yourself to visit our website/downloading the MMBL Go Smart App from Play store/IOS

Is Internet Banking available 24 hours?

This service is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I see a summary of my accounts?

Yes. You can see a summary of your account profile at the Personal Homepage once you have logged-in to Modhumoti Bank Internet Banking (GO SMART).

Can I use Mobile phone for Internet Banking?

Yes, mobile phones can be used for Modhumoti Bank Internet Banking (GO SMART)

What do I need in order to use your Internet Banking service?

  • A computer with Internet connection.
  • Update Windows Operating Software (O/S) Users: Internet Explorer 6.0 and above (recommended to have full compatibility with our system).

Can I make transfers to and from any of my accounts?

Yes, you can transfer between your own MMBL accounts, to other MMBL accounts that are already added as a beneficiary and accounts of other banks that are already added as a beneficiary.

What will happen, if I don't click Log Out button to exit from Internet Banking (GO SMART)?

After 5 minutes it will be logout automatically.

Is Modhumoti Bank Internet Banking (GO SMART) compatible to all browsers and operating systems?

We highly recommend you to use Update browsers.

Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

Yes, please make sure that cookies are enabled. On Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can enable cookies by performing the following steps:

  • Click on Tools on the browser toolbar and select Internet Options
  • Choose the security page
  • Click Custom Level
  • Click Allow Cookies that are stored in your computer
  • Click OK

Can I access my accounts when I am overseas?

Yes. As long as you are able to access the internet with the recommended internet browsers, you will be able to access this service.

Can I get a colleague/friend/relative to set the service up for me?

It is strongly recommended that you do the service set-up by yourself in order to protect your account's security.

What if I have forgotten my Internet Banking Username or Password?

In case you have forgotten the (Login/Transaction) PIN/Password / Internet Banking User ID,

To reset your password using “Forgot Password” option from your GO SMART app. You need to fill-up information as required.

A new password notification will be sent at your registered e-mail.  After that you may reset your new password.

 

If Customer OTP is lock?

Customer send an email to ADC operations from their Authorized email and ADC operations unlock customer OTP.
